Where is the FWF Academy's Summer Workshop located?
The Summer Workshop is a traveling one, therefore the Creative Scholars will attend a daily trip to work out of new + exciting locations.
Creative Scholars will meet every morning at a Central Brooklyn Location - Grand Army Plaza (Library).

What are the Summer Workshop Dates?
FWF Academy's Summer Workshop will be held from Monday July 1st- Friday July 26st
Monday- Friday from 10am-4pm.
Parents will be given a 10 minute grace period for pickup.
Parents who arrive after 4:10pm for pickup will be automatically billed $10.00 per half hour.
Parents must sign a waiver if their child will be traveling to and from the workshop alone.

What are the Tuition Details?
Your 1st week's tuition will be due at registration (see registration page).
Payments may be made every Friday, or in full at registration.
Late payments are subject to a $25.00 late fee to be paid along with the delayed payment.
Refunds will not be issued for early withdrawal, suspension, illness, early dismissal, missing days or absence from the program.
Weekly payments should be made in cash or via PayPal.
Are supplies/ materials/daily travel fees included in the tuition fee?
All supplies + materials + daily transportation fees (+ more) are included in the tuition fee!
What are the next steps after registration?
After you've registered for the Summer Workshop, an email sent, allowing you to schedule your Creative Scholar's interview date.
An orientation/meet & greet will also be scheduled for all of the families to hear + learn all about the fun summer ahead!
Lunch Menu?
Lunch will differ from day to day as we travel through NYC.
Creative Scholars will be provided with a daily lunch and will be alloted a 1 hour break to eat and relax.
Please note: Parents are allowed to send lunch/snacks with their child.
Lunches will depend on trip location; parents may send their child with extra funds for food.
Health Insurance?
Creative Scholars should be fully covered by health insurance; the parent/guardian will be fully responsible for all medical expenses related to any possible injury and/or illness of their Creative Scholar during workshop hours.
A photocopy of the Scholar's health insurance card must be submitted prior to the 1st day of the workshop.
